He also has certifications in alternative dispute resolution and mediation, nonprofit finance and the Certified Human Resource Specialist designation from Michigan State University. I believe the contractor model is poised to become the predominant workforce structure for HR professionals in the future. HR must maintain a neutral and unbiased stance to effectively navigate today's workplace. While building trust is crucial, emotional connections with employees can hinder sound decision-making. The tension between advocating for employees and upholding organizational interests can be a significant challenge for HR professionals. To maintain fairness and effectiveness, HR should operate with a level of independence similar to an internal auditor.
